Sugimoto Shigeo ( Japanese 杉 本 茂雄 ; Sugimoto Shigeo , born December 4, 1926 in Hyogo ; † April 2, 2002 ) was a Japanese national football player.
Sugimoto made his debut at the Asian Games in 1951 and completed three internationals in this tournament. In 1954 he was used again for a World Cup qualifier in Tokyo against the selection of South Korea.
