Sunburn In Cyprus
Sunburn In Cyprus from Göttingen was founded in 1998 in order to produce additional productions in the areas of Electronic / Dance / TripHop in addition to the regular musical work of the individual members.
In addition to remixes for various artists, Sunburn In Cyprus produces a cross-genre mix of trip-hop , lounge / chill-out , dub / reggae , house , downbeat and dance - with catchy pop vocals and jazz influences. In the course of time, Sunburn In Cyprus has developed more and more into an independent project with a worldwide fan base, especially in Australia, USA, UK and Germany.
In addition to own CD publications, individual songs were also published on compilations etc. a. Released in the UK and Italy (e.g. by Sony Music and TimeRecords). Other songs were also used in films and video productions (including the USA, Austria and Germany).
Originally intended as a pure studio / remix project of a solid core with additional, changing members, Sunburn In Cyprus has been presenting songs from previous CDs as well as songs that have not yet been released since the beginning of 2005, both in clubs and at festivals.
