Susanna Kearsley

Susanna Kearsley (born January 17, 1966 in Brantford ; born Mary Lynne Williamson ) is the pseudonym of a Canadian author .

Life

Williamson studied politics and international developments and worked as a museum curator . She lives in Ontario with her husband and two children .

Her first novel "Mariana" was a success right away. She then published the bestsellers "Shine and Shadow", "The Ghosts of Rosehil", "House of Storms", "The Call of the Night", "Back then in Lisbon", "The Scottish Legacy" and, most recently, "Light over the Cliffs" .

Her novel "Mariana", published in 1994, won the Transworld Publishers' Catherine Cookson Fiction Prize . The novel is currently being filmed.
