Susanne Schrader

Susanne Schrader (nee Gierlich ) (* 1959 ) is a German lifeguard .

After Gierlich won medals at the 2005 European Lifeguard Championships in Travemünde , she competed at the 2006 Lifeguard World Championships in Australia . There she became world champion with the 4 by 50 meter relay in obstacle swimming and with the 4 by 50 meter doll rescue relay together with Marion Hannebohm , Berit Reichel and Gisela Schönfeld . She won gold and silver at the 2008 World Cup.

In 2006 and 2008, Gierlich was allowed to register in the Golden Book of the city of Magdeburg in recognition of her sporting success at world championships .
