Susumu Uemura ( Japanese 植 村 晋 , Uemura Susumu ; born April 9, 1964 in Shiga Prefecture ) is a former Japanese football player .
Career
Uemura learned to play soccer on the school team at Hieizan High School and the university team at Dōshisha University . He signed his first contract with Matsushita Electric . With the founding of the professional league J.League in 1992 and the associated reorganization of Japanese football, Matsushita Electric became Gamba Osaka . At the end of 1993 he ended his career as a football player.
