Sutton Park
The Sutton Park in Sutton Coldfield , Birmingham , UK is just under 9 square kilometers one of the largest city parks in Europe. It is smaller than Richmond Park in London , but larger than Phoenix Park in Dublin .
The park has an area of 900.1 hectares (2224.2 acres / 9.0 km²), with a mixture of heathland , wetlands and marshes , seven lakes , extensive old trees (almost a quarter of the park area), several restaurants, a private 18-hole golf course on its western edge and an urban golf course to the south, a donkey shelter, children's play areas and visitor centers. There is no entry fee and a variety of leisure activities can be enjoyed in the park.
