Suvanna Ban Lang (also Souvanna Ban Lang; full throne name Somdet Brhat-Anya Chao Suvarna Panya Lankara Raja Sri Sadhana Kanayudha ; * 1455 in Chiang Tong ; † 1485 ibid) was king of Lan Xang from 1479 until his death .

Suvanna Ban Lang was the second son of King Sai Tia Kaphut , he was raised in the palace. Prior to his accession to the throne, he was governor of Dansae. After his brother Kone Keo was captured by the Vietnamese (from Annam) in 1479 and he was killed trying to escape, Suvvana Ban Lang gathered a small army around him. With these forces he recaptured the capital from the Vietnamese, of whom only 600 men returned to Annam . Afterwards he invited his father to return to the throne, who however refused out of shame and abdicated in his place.

Suvanna Ban Lang was crowned in Sawa . His success over the Vietnamese allowed them to have peaceful relations with the Laotians for about two centuries.

Suvanna Ban Lang died in Chiang Thong in 1485, he was succeeded by his younger brother La Sen Thai Puvanart (ruled 1485–1495).
