Sveina is an island in the Kvitsøyfjord in the municipality of Kvitsøy in the Norwegian province of Rogaland .
The small, rocky and bare archipelago extends over about 100 meters in a north-south direction with a width of up to 20 meters. To the north and south, a short distance away, there are other small skerries. The total length of the group is about 250 meters. Further to the southwest is the island of Eime . There is a navigation mark on Sveina .
The island is part of the Heglane og Eime nature reserve .
