The Swell Point ( English for Dünungsspitze is) a small and narrow headland on the east side, near the southeastern arm of Cook Iceland in the archipelago of the South Sandwich Islands . It is 1.9 km south of Resolution Point .
Scientists from the UK Discovery Investigations mapped and named it in 1930.
