properties

SxS cards correspond to the ExpressCard / 34 standard and therefore also have the same dimensions of 34 mm (width) × 5 mm (thickness) × 75 mm (length) and use PCI Express for data transmission. Since the format was primarily developed for the professional sector, the cards offer relatively high storage capacities and high speed compared to other common formats . The developers specify a data transfer rate of 800 Mbit / s and a burst mode rate of up to 2.5 Gbit / s.
