The synagogue in Dešenice (German Deschenitz ), a minor town in Okres Klatovy in the Czech Republic , was built in 1865/66. The derelict synagogue is now used as a residential building.

history

The synagogue was built on the site of an older Jewish prayer house and also housed a Jewish school. It was used until the 1930s. After the Second World War, the former synagogue was converted into a residential building.
