Former synagogue in Dolyna

The Synagogue in Dolyna in the Ukrainian Oblast of Ivano-Frankivsk was built in 1925. It is now a Baptist Church .

The modern building was built in the historical style with Gothic style elements. It was handed over to the Baptist faith community at the beginning of the 1990s and was thoroughly renovated by 1993. The building is made of bricks that were only plastered as part of the restoration. The external dimensions are 20.9 × 19.3 m. Originally the interior was divided into 2 rooms. The building has 2 floors; the windows on the 1st floor are rectangular, those on the 2nd floor ogive.

During the renovation work, door openings and windows were partially bricked up and new ones were built.

Torah shrine and bimah are no longer preserved; however, the niches for the stone tablets on the gable can still be seen.
