The synagogue in the French city ​​of Tours in the Indre-et-Loire department in the Center-Val de Loire region was built in 1908. The synagogue at 37 Rue Parmentier has been a protected architectural monument ( Monument historique ) since 1974 .

The limestone masonry synagogue was designed by the architect Victor Tondu , who also built the Vincennes synagogue . At the same time, the rabbi's house was built next to the synagogue .

After the Second World War , the women's gallery was enlarged and in 1948 new lead glass windows were installed.
