The Systerflesene ( sister islands translated from Norwegian ) are three small islands off the Prince Harald coast of the East Antarctic Queen Maud Land . They are located 8 km west of the Hamnenabben in the eastern part of the Lützow-Holm-Bucht .
Norwegian cartographers, who also named them, mapped them using aerial photographs of the Lars Christensen expedition in 1936/37 .
