Perpetrator location

The term perpetrator location refers to a location for planning and organizing violent political crimes as well as a location that the perpetrators had reserved for themselves. The term is mainly used in Germany in connection with National Socialism , but also with the GDR . The perpetrator location is a special form of the memory location .
