Activity report

An activity report ( abbr. TB ) is a documentation of an activity .

It includes the

• Activity report of the Federal Commissioner for Data Protection
• Activity reports of the Petitions Committee of the German Bundestag
• Activity report of the parliamentary group
• Constitutional Protection Report

The submission of activity reports is compulsory by numerous laws.

Works councils have to submit an activity report to a works meeting once every calendar quarter. ( Section 43 (1) of the Works Constitution Act (BetrVG) ). The same applies to the staff council . He has to submit an activity report to a staff meeting once every six months. ( Section 49 (1) of the Federal Personnel Representation Act (BPersVG) ).
