Former SAS commander and elite fighter Major Ray Kerman, who is now Hamas General Ravi Rashud, has another plan to exclude the great Satan, the USA, from the Middle East. Inspired by the work of the famous Professor Paul Landon, the expert in geophysics , he devises the perfidious plan to use nature as an unpredictable weapon. His plan to trigger a mega-tsunami on La Palma, the Canary Islands, with the help of a Russian nuclear submarine , the Barracuda II, and medium-range RADRUGA SS-N-21 missiles. This tsunami would have the power to level the east coast of the United States.

Before that, however, he destroyed Mount St. Helens with cruise missiles of the same type in order to give the United States of America a warning and an ultimatum to withdraw its armed forces from the Middle East.

Admiral Arnold Morgan, former national security advisor and now a civilian, recognizes the danger and uses his knowledge and contacts to avert it. In his home country he has to fight against the stubborn attitude of his own president, which ultimately leads to the president being removed from office. Now that the Vice President has been sworn in as the new President, emergency measures are being taken to evacuate the east coast and find the nuclear submarine before it can fire its massive nuclear weapons at the Cumbre Vieja.
