The Turkish Riviera, along with the southern Aegean coast, is one of the country's tourist centers. It is characterized by a warm and mild climate, even in winter. The locals like to flee to the nearby Taurus Mountains , especially from the summer heat .

The combination of a favorable climate, warm sea, more than a thousand kilometers of coastline, and numerous natural and archaeological sights make the Turkish Riviera a popular destination for tourists.
