Tōru Chishima ( Japanese 千島 徹 Chishima Tōru ; born May 11, 1981 in Saitama Prefecture ) is a former Japanese football player .
Career
Chishima learned to play football in the youth team of the Urawa Red Diamonds . He signed his first contract in 2000 with the Urawa Reds. The club played in the second highest league in the country, the J2 League . In 2000 he was runner-up in the J2 League with the club and was promoted to the J1 League . For the club he completed 11 games. In June 2006 he moved to the second division Ehime FC . For the club he completed 43 games. At the end of 2009 he ended his career as a football player.
