The T-20 "Komsomolez" ( Russian Т-20 "Комсомолец") was an artillery tractor developed in the Soviet Union of the Second World War .
The T-20 was designed at Plant No. 37 in Moscow in 1936 . From 1937 to 1941, the vehicle was produced at Plant No. 37 as well as at GAZ and the Stalingrad tractor factory. The armament consisted of an infantry MG DP . In addition, around 100 ZiS-30 self-propelled guns based on the T-20 were manufactured in 1941 .
Captured T-20s were used by the German Wehrmacht and the Finnish armed forces. Some of these vehicles were adapted to the needs of the respective armies or provided with additional armament.
