history

Originally founded as t elegans d aten- s firmierende ervice GmbH company was founded in 1975 by Günter Steffen in Neckarsulm. Since then, TDS has been operating IT solutions and applications for its customers in its own data centers. The portfolio has been expanded over the years - for example, the company has been operating SAP applications since 1985 . From 1997 to 1999 the TDS office tower was built as the company's headquarters in the Trendpark industrial area in Neckarsulm. In April 2014 the name was changed to Fujitsu TDS GmbH.

Fujitsu TDS GmbH is now a subsidiary of Fujitsu Technology Solutions . Prior to this, at the beginning of 2007, Fujitsu Services , the European IT service arm of the Japanese Fujitsu Group, acquired the majority of shares in TDS.

In April 2013 the company announced that the HR Services & Solutions division would be sold to Aurelius , based in Munich.

Since November 2014, the company has been operating under the brand of the parent company Fujitsu.
