In addition, Christian pastors and advisers are placed through Team.F for individual support. The TEAM.F magazine is published quarterly and contains a catalog of current seminars and various articles on the subject of marriage and family.

The TEAM.F Academy offers training courses which, in a combination of distance learning and face-to-face seminars, entitle the holder to use the seminar documents of the organization of Christian marriage and family counselors.

Positions (selection)

The association represents Christian fundamentalist values in its seminars and publications . Various social problems are defined and possible answers are suggested using passages from the Bible. The aim is to help to take "a biblically-based position".

  • For example, modern western society is characterized by over- sexualization . Another problem is that sex and love are viewed as two separate areas, which contradicts the messages of the Bible.
  • The association stands up against pornography and prostitution and describes these in a series with sexual abuse as a characteristic of "exploitation of women" in modern society.
  • The association speaks of a “God's creation order for marriage”, which it regards as “binding”. According to its own statements, the organization wants to do “everything” “so that it can be understood and adhered to”. The association sees marriage as the "ideal way of life for women and men" and as a "bond for life". The club's website states that employees generally do not recommend a divorce, but advise and support people after a divorce and if they wish to remarry.

Team.F works across denominations and sees itself as part of the German Evangelical Alliance .
