Tital repeatedly attracted attention with its innovative and environmentally friendly processes, for example when it was funded with 850,000 euros from the Federal Environment Ministry's innovation program in February 2008. At the time, the company was planning to manufacture large components in one piece using a new casting process. In January 2010, Tital completed the initial audit as a supplier for the new Airbus A350 in just three days.
