ITEM 7

The ZDF - magazine TOP 7 was a weekly review of the week, which ran from 1998 to 2007 on Saturday for lunch 55 minutes in ZDF.

The first issue of the weekend magazine aired on May 9, 1998. In the show, the ZDF looked back on the week with changing moderators and reported again on the most eventful topics. From 2007 to 2012 the show continued under the name ZDFwochen-journal .

From 1965 to 1984 the half-hour weekend magazine Chronik der Woche was shown, which ran until the beginning of the 1970s as part of the Saturday edition of today's news and from January 1982 was the first news program to be broadcast with a sign language interpreter and subtitles. The successor magazine This Week also offered the same service from 1984 to 1998, before it was replaced by TOP 7 .
