TRT Arabi

Al-Turkiya is an Arabic-language television station launched in May 2010 . The station belongs to the Turkish broadcasting company TRT and is therefore part of a public company. With Al-Turkiya, Turkey is the seventh non-Arab country with a television station in the Arab world after Iran , the USA , France , Great Britain , Russia and China . In contrast to the other foreign channels in Arabic, however, Al-Turkiya is not a pure news channel, but instead broadcasts Turkish soap operas in addition to news , cultural and educational programs .
