The TSV Abbehausen is a sports club from the Nordenhamer district Abbehausen in Lower Saxony . The association was founded in 1861.
history
The club was founded in 1861 as the men's gymnastics club Abbehausen . After the Second World War , the club was re-established in 1946 under the new name Turn- und Sportverein Abbehausen in 1861 . In 2011 the association celebrated its 150th anniversary. In the anniversary year, the club's chairman was Udo Wilharm, who has held the office since 1986. His predecessor until 1985 was Heinz Schaden, who was the 30th chairman of the association.

Participation in the DFB Cup
The greatest success of TSV Abbehausen was participation in the DFB Cup 1975/76 . The team lost in the first round at SV Union Salzgitter 0: 5 (0: 1).
In 2017 TSV Abbehausen won the indoor district championship and the indoor city championship.
