TTC are a French hip hop formation from Paris .
history
The literal abbreviation of the group, actually known in France as Toutes taxes comprises on bills, is made up of the artist names of the MCs Tido Berman, Teki Latex and Cuizinier. DJ Orgasmic is responsible for the background music. Characteristic of TTC's style is, in addition to their emphatically humorous appearance, provocative and often ironic- macho texts, a sound that is strongly based on electronic music . This led to many collaborations with artists such as Para One or Modeselektor , who are more at home in this genre. TTC publish their productions under Big Dada , an offshoot of the Ninja Tune label .
In 2006, the singer Yelle distributed the piece Je veux te voir in response to the TTC title Girlfriend , in which she made fun of Cuizinier's advertised sexual skills.
