TUI 4U
The TUI 4U GmbH is a wholly owned subsidiary of TUI Germany GmbH , headquartered in Bremen .
Foundation and areas of activity
The TUI 4U emerged from the merger of various companies and has existed under this name since 2001. In recent years, various consolidators , such as B. A&B Reisen, Sparflug, Flugmarkt, Hapag-Lloyd Consolidator and ISTS merged. With the Sparflug and TUI Ticket Shop brands, TUI 4U is one of the leading consolidators in the German market.
In addition to brokering scheduled flight tickets to travel agencies, eCommerce fulfillment and call center services are part of TUI 4U's core business. For example, the TUIfly.com, XTUI and 1-2-FLY service hotlines and fulfillment are handled by TUI 4U. There is also help desk support for travel agencies as well as extensive flight database management.
Company size
Since TUI 4U was founded in 2001, the number of employees has grown from 60 to 180. These are employed at the service center locations in Bremen, Osnabrück, Berlin and Munich. The staff consists almost exclusively of trained travel agents who mainly specialize in the flight sector .

The TUI Ticket Shop brand, launched in 2002, is available exclusively to the currently approx. 10,000 TUI agencies.
Economy flight
Sparflug - The Flight Experts emerged from the merger of the consolidators Sparflug and Flight Experts. The service centers at the Osnabrück and Munich locations handle the sale of scheduled flight tickets to around 4,000 travel agencies.
Vacation24
In 2005, Urlaub24 was the first TUI 4U brand to act as an interface between travel agencies and end customers. The main focus of this brand is on charter flights and package holidays.
"Economy flights"
The TUI 4U brand “sparflug” (original spelling) was founded in 2007 and is used for B2C communication. The brand was founded with the intention of bundling the flight competencies of the consolidator TUI 4U and making it available to travel agencies in the form of an online flight portal on which customers can book tickets for a wide variety of flight types ( scheduled flights , cheap flights , one-way flights and fork flights ) can book.
