TV3 Group (formerly All Media Baltics ) is the brand name of the Latvian media group SIA All Media Group based in Riga , which is active in the Baltic states . The company is a subsidiary of the Lithuanian Bitė Group , a subsidiary of the US investment company Providence Equity Partners . The company was founded in 2017 by the Swedish Modern Times Group and sold in the same year.
