The TVS Group is an Indian group of companies based in Madurai (state of Tamil Nadu ). According to its own statement, it is the leading automotive supplier in India.
history
The group of companies goes back to the establishment of a rural transport company by TV Sundaram Iyengar in Tamil Nadu. The parent company of the group is TVS & Sons . The company is in the fifth generation of the family and is managed rather conservatively.
The most prominent companies in the holding include TVS Motor , Sundram Fasteners and Sundaram Finance . Similarly, TVS Srichakra (also called TVS Tires) and TVS Logistics (now TVS Supply Chain Solutions ) highlighted. There are currently around 45 subsidiaries.
