Tadaaki Hayashi

Tadaaki Hayashi ( Japanese 林 忠明 , Hayashi Tadaaki ; * around 1920) is a Japanese table tennis player . He became world champion in doubles in 1952.

Career

Tadaaki Hayashi was Japanese doubles champion together with Yoshihiro Namba in 1948, and in 1950 he won the singles title. In 1952 he took part in the world championship . Here he was together with Norizaku Fuiji world champion in doubles in front of the English Richard Bergmann / Johnny Leach . He won bronze with the Japanese team.

At the Asian Championships he reached the semi-finals in doubles in 1952 and 1953. In 1953 he won silver here in a mixed with Fujie Eguchi .

In the ITTF world rankings, Tadaaki Hayashi was eighth in late 1952.
