Tagajewo ( Russian Тага́ево ; Tatar Тогаево , Togajewo ) is a village ( Tatar авыл ) in the Russian republic of Tatarstan with about 20 inhabitants (2008). The village, founded around 1731, is located 15 km east of the city of Naberezhnye Chelny on the left bank of the Kama and belongs to the Tukaj district . The place was mentioned before the October Revolution under the (Russian) name Ilyinskoje ( Russian Ильинское ). The name Tagajewo was later established . In the village was Molotov - kolkhoz ( Russian Молотова им Колхоз. ).
