The company Taiheiyo Cement Corporation ( Jap. 太平洋セメント株式会社 , Taiheiyo Semento Kabushiki Kaisha ), listed on the Nikkei 225 , is the largest cement producer in Japan .

Taiheiyo Cement was created in 1998 through the merger of the companies Chichibu Onoda (in turn a merged company of Chichibu Cement and Onoda Cement) and Nihon Cement (previously Asano Cement).
