The Taiwan National Men's Volleyball Team is a selection of the best Taiwanese players who represent the Chinese Taipei Volleyball Association in international tournaments and internationals. Because of the political conflict with the People's Republic of China , the Republic of China team will officially compete under the name “ Chinese Taipei ”.

World Championship

In 1986, Taiwan finished fifteenth in the only ever participation in a volleyball world championship .

Olympic games

Taiwan has never qualified for the Olympic Games. In May 2008, the team failed at the qualifying tournament for Beijing 2008 in Düsseldorf, among others to Germany .

Asian Championship

When the Taiwanese took part in the Asian Cup for the first time in 1983, they finished fourth. In the next five tournaments, the results were mixed and Taiwan fluctuated between fifth and tenth place. In 1997 they again took fourth place. After seventh place in 1999, it went down from sixth place to 13th place between 2001 and 2005. Taiwan finished eighth in the 2007 title bouts.

World cup

Taiwan has never played in the World Cup .

World league

The world league has so far also taken place without Taiwan's participation.
