Takeshi Yamaguchi ( Japanese 山口 武士 Yamaguchi Takeshi ; born June 10, 1979 in Kumamoto Prefecture ) is a former Japanese football player .
Career
Yamaguchi learned to play soccer on the school team at Ozu High School . He signed his first contract with Kashima Antlers in 1998 . The club played in the highest league in the country, the J1 League . In 2000 he was loaned to the second division club Ōita Trinita . In 2001 he returned to Kashima Antlers. In 2002 he moved to third division Sony Sendai FC . In 2005 he moved to Rosso Kumamoto (today: Roasso Kumamoto). In 2007 he was runner-up with the club in the Japan Football League and rose to the J2 League . At the end of 2009 he ended his career as a football player.
