The object Dam Road 51 is a Grade II listed storey timber-framed building , which - verschiefert on all sides and with developed cripple hipped running - 1915 in the residential district blood Finke of the district Ronsdorf in Wuppertal was built. The building is part of a group of similar houses on Talsperrenstraße that were built to complement the older development at the beginning of the 20th century. An extension to the building followed in 1953. On February 18, 1993, it was recognized as a monument.

The western gable end of the house is on the street. Above the garage entrance, which is partially exposed to the basement, there is a porch on the ground floor with a trapezoidal floor plan. A three-part ribbon window with almost square window openings adjoins it. The top floor has two tall rectangular window openings with wooden frames, folding shutters and narrow roofs. Towards the north, the house entrance door with a staircase is arranged roughly on the central axis of the building, on the central axis there is also a two-lined dormer in the roof area. The building is largely covered by a single-storey extension on the south side. There is a dormer in the roof area.
