Tanchum bar Chijja
Tanchum bar Chijja was a third generation Amora in Palestine and lived and worked in the third and fourth centuries AD.
He came from Kefar Akko , lived in Tiberias , was a student of Simon ben Pazzi and was in contact with Assi and Chanina b. Pappai .
