Tando Adam is known for its industries and agriculture; Crops grown nearby include sugar cane, wheat, cotton, bananas, and mangoes. The city has the largest weaving machine industry in Pakistan.
Attractions
Tando Adam has a number of ancient sites including mosques and Hindu temples. The shrine of the poet Shah Abdul Latif is located 18 kilometers from Tando Adam.
