The Tanjong Pagar Center , also known as Guoco Tower known is a mixed-use building in the district of Tanjong Pagar of Singapore . With a height of 290 m, it is currently the tallest building in Singapore, breaking the record that UOB Plaza has held for more than 20 years.

The 2016 completed skyscraper with 64 floors and 1.7 million square meters was of GuocoLand planned and by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill designed. The construction work was carried out by the construction department of the South Korean company Samsung . It is the current headquarters of Guocoland Limited and the only skyscraper in the city that is exempt from the 280m height limit thanks to special government approval. The Tanjong Pagar Center houses the Tanjong Pagar Park on the roof, an apartment complex and a hotel belonging to the Sofitel Hotels & Resorts chain .

The construction cost approximately 3.2 billion Singapore dollars . The building's design won several awards.

Billionaire James Dyson acquired Singapore's tallest and most expensive apartment at the time in June 2019 for USD 54.2 million , which is located on floors 62 to 64 of the skyscraper.
