Artistic profile of the TTM
Artistically, the TTM is mainly based on contemporary and modern dance . Therefore, the ensemble members not only have to provide technical and dance skills, but also bring in performing skills.
An important basic principle is to sound out dance in all its complexity. Therefore, the company includes 20 dancers from all over the world, who bring a wide variety of training paths and professional experience to the ensemble. At the same time, the company works with internationally renowned choreographers . This means that new approaches to dance are constantly being implemented. The company members also have the opportunity to present their own choreographic work in dance workshops.

A special feature is the presentation of the dance productions in the stage of the Gärtnerplatztheater , as this enables the audience to be in close proximity to the dance, which gives the audience the opportunity to perceive dance as a subtle theatrical form.
Mediation work
The mediation work takes place in cooperation with the Munich adult education center . In the series “Dance Talks - Introduction and Rehearsal Visit”, those interested in dance can talk to the dancers and choreographers involved and experience and understand the development of a dance production directly.
