Taraneh Javanbakht (born May 12, 1974 in Tehran ) is a Persian poet , writer , chemist , physicist , literary critic and translator .

Life

In 2002, she graduated with a PhD in chemistry from the Pierre and Marie Curie University in Paris . Taraneh Javanbakht has published nine volumes of poetry and two volumes of short stories in Iran.

She is currently studying philosophy at the Université du Québec à Montréal in Montreal .
