Tarek Krohn

Tarek Krohn (* 1976 ) is a German musicologist .

Life

Krohn studied musicology , psychology and sociology in Kiel . As editor, Tarek Krohn has published numerous contributions to film music. He is the curator and coordinator of various concerts, festivals and master classes on contemporary serious music in the Middle East and Europe.

Tarek Krohn is co-founder and editor of the “Kiel Contributions to Film Music Research”. He is also co-editor of the new FilmMusik series of edition text + kritik , whose debut volume is dedicated to the Italian film composer Ennio Morricone .
