Pigeon tower in Jaure

The pigeon tower (French colombier or pigeonnier ) of the Château de Jaure in Jaure , a French commune in the Dordogne department in the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region , was built in the 15th century.

The round pigeon tower made of quarry stone is covered by flat bricks. It was preserved when the castle burned in the 19th century.
