The pigeon tower (French colombier or pigeonnier ) of the Château de la Chapoulie in Peyrignac , a French commune in the Dordogne department in the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region , was built in the 15th century. The pigeon tower has been on the list of architectural monuments in France as part of the castle as a Monument historique since 1965 .

The octagonal stone tower is plastered. It stands on eight stone pillars and is closed off by a shingled roof with a lantern .
