Peyrignac is about 38 kilometers east of Périgueux . Neighboring municipalities are Châtres in the north, Villac in the northeast, Beauregard-de-Terrasson in the east, Le Lardin-Saint-Lazare in the southeast, La Bachellerie in the south and southwest and Saint-Rabier in the west.
