Saint-Julien-de-Lampon is about 58 kilometers east-southeast of Périgueux on the Dordogne . Neighboring municipalities are Carlux in the north, Peyrillac-et-Millac in the northeast, Le Roc in the east, Nadaillac-de-Rouge in the east and southeast, Lamothe-Fénelon in the southeast, Masclat in the south, Sainte-Mondane in the southwest and Calviac-en-Périgord in the West.
