Simeyrols ( Occitan : Cimairòls ) is a French commune with 258 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) in the Dordogne department in Nouvelle-Aquitaine (before 2016 Aquitaine ). It belongs to the arrondissement of Sarlat-la-Canéda and the canton of Terrasson-Lavilledieu (until 2015 Carlux ).

Simeyrols is located about 58 kilometers east-southeast of Périgueux . Neighboring communities are Salignac-Eyvigues in the north, Orliaguet in the east, Carlux in the south and south-east, Prats-de-Carlux in the west and south-west and Sainte-Nathalène in the west.
