Attractions
The stone-roofed parish church of Saint-Léon once belonged to a small Benedictine priory and stands on the foundations of a Gallo-Roman villa. Inside, the cross-shaped church space closes off with a choir vaulted by a semi-dome and two side apses; Romanesque frescoes can be seen in the apse and in the south chapel . From the outside, the three apses and the square tower of the building form an architecturally balanced unit.
The Manoir de la Salle is located at the entrance to the village, in a park right next to the thoroughfare. The small castle was built from field stones and still has a square donjon covered with stone slabs from the time it was built. The private Château de Clérans stands directly on the Vézère and features high roofs and ornate ridges . A high wall leaves a narrow path along the river bank.
