Prats-de-Carlux ( Occitan : Prats de Carluç ) is a French commune with 547 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) in the Dordogne department in Nouvelle-Aquitaine (before 2016 Aquitaine ). It belongs to the arrondissement of Sarlat-la-Canéda and the canton of Terrasson-Lavilledieu (until 2015 Carlux ).

Prats-de-Carlux is about 58 kilometers east-southeast of Périgueux . Neighboring communities are Sainte-Nathalène in the north and north-west, Simeyrols in the north-east, Carlux in the east, Calviac-en-Périgord in the south and Saint-Vincent-le-Pauel in the west and south-west.
