Tauno Olavi Sipilä (born November 7, 1921 in Multia ; † July 9, 2001 in Saarijärvi ) was a Finnish cross-country skier .

Sipilä, who started for the Pylkönmänen Yrittävä, became Finnish champion over 30 km in 1949 and third place over 18 km at the Lahti Ski Games in 1949. In 1951, he won the 18 km run at the Lahti Ski Games. At the Olympic Winter Games in Oslo in 1952 , he ran in eighth place over 18 km. At the Nordic World Ski Championships in 1954 in Falun , he achieved fifth place over 30 km.
